This is simply a parking lot, but I don't understand why it has to be so narrow inside. I also think that it sucks that you have to pay to park. I think there should be some kind of system where you can show that you have an appointment, and it is part of the doctor visit fee. Many times when I am exiting, I have a very rude lot attendant. I would be extremely upset sitting in a phone booth for 8 hours a day, but at the same time I don't think I would be aggressively rude. It's not all of them, but there are a couple.
