We've set up the appointment for Saturday to see houses for sale but office was closed, no one showed up to talk to us. The person on the phone offered us just take a message. Definitely they are not really interested to sell one or two more houses.
We live there for 2 years. We had a corner lot so we had more privacy then others. The rent was cheap, good neighbors. The road had a lot of ruts in it, but they have gotten better at caring for it. The management company didn't bother me, took care of things when I needed it and gave me my deposit back when I left. I would live there again if I had to
Don't answer calls at all. Lot prices are too high. Roaches
Poor but nice neighborhood seems to be full of kind neighbors and friendly faces. Great stepping stone for a better future.
My granny lived her when she was alive and she and my aunt loved this trailer park and its still the best trailer park in the world
