It's has decent price. It's very quiet be and no one bothers you. Needs an elevator lol.. I'm disabled and I have alot issues with the stairs!! But the people in the front desk/ office have been very helpful. Cumberland Lodge is an older place. It's been here a very long time! But I still would recommend it to anyone for the prices!! And they're remodeling the rooms now
Good place to stay in the mean time in between time, some bugs but just keep it clean and buy a bottle of bug spray. Its quiet and people keep to themselves there are a few children but for the most part they are not bad. Management lives onsite professional and keeps the property clean so far I haven't had any problems. The room rates are reasonable and a lot cheaper than 900 to 1200 for a 1bdrm apartment.
