I actually bought a car from someone who stayed here and the parking lot looks a bit ran down. Seemed quite though and everybody was minding the own business which is a great thing! Not sure of the prices, but I can tell its a spot to check out if you are trying to get on your feet and dont have many options as far as your living situation.
I was told by management to come by at 12 if I wanted a chance to find a vacancy. I came by at 12 and the door was locked. Not exactly hospitable. It seems like someone's own private version of hell anyways.
