Absolutely wonderful. I visited Rhyans Design studio on the advice of my friend who has had wonderful original designs done by John. I only had a watch that another jeweler had tried to repair and failed twice. John took the time to open up the watch and immediately fixed the problem and did not charge me for his time. I recommend John for anything that you need from something custom made or just a small repair.

Breathtaking jewelry. John, the owner, makes everything right in the store. I had an idea in my head and he made it come to life better then I expected.If a master jeweler is a thing John is one. Great service.

Exceptional service !! My husband had surprised with a wedding set for our 20th . I am a size 3.5 and the rings were 4 and 5 . I first took it to another jeweler who told me outright that nothing can be done with the 4 . They kept my 5 for 3 weeks and called to say that the only choice was to rebuild it .nWhen I took it to Rhyans , the gentleman was so courteous and said he could add a bridge to make them tighter. He was also going to use the platinum from the bigger one to build it . He was also very concerned about getting it done in a day as it was my wedding set ud83dudc95nNot only did he do an exceptional job at a very reasonable price , it was done the next day !! Highly recommend !

I had a dot dash chain repaired & a frog pinky ring that was crushed completely flat restored to perfection! It looks as if it never happened. Wonderful work! I will be returning definitely. I could not be happier! Very professional! ud83dude01
