My husband left his tax folder for them to help him fix them since IRS said it could only be where we did them. So we did that, we kept calling and the same excuse would always be that theyd give us a call back , or that the guy is not there. It does not take MONTHS to receive a call back. We finally came to just pick up his folder and we were told that it wasnt there but in another location! Told us to come back tomorrow that they will have it ready. We come back and again to come back tomorrow! Besides them being rude as soon as you come in, its obvious they dont like people coming in. They got an attitude.

Worse experience ever,went there for a quote,they were rude and everything was so expensive. I went to Geico down the street and I had a way better quote and experience. I don’t recommend this place not even to my worse enemy.
