Awful customer service, poor follow-up if any follow-up. No return calls. Doesn't offer options, very EXPENSIVE!!!! Doesn't provide proper coverage for property! Years later I found out some land wasn't even being covered and I was paying high dollar for coverage!! Discount for multi-policy was dropped because one policy had to be changed. I always try to use local businesses, but this was one business I would never send friends for family to! They are supposed to be reputable! Horrible not helpful!!!
