I Bought a replacement car window and installation with Element Auto Glass with Joe Gallagher through Groupon in 2011. He came out in 2011 for the job.nnRight after the window was placed on by Joe, he informs me there would be an extra charge.nnThe groupon stated the service he provided was covered and already paid for. I told him that I would call Groupon to confirm what I paid for. He immediately and literally ripped the new window out of my car leaving me with no window and left. By the way, I was holding my newborn and was scared to death. Groupon refunded by money.

I recently discovered my cars rear windshield was installed poorly and was letting a lot of water in causing damp seats and water to go into my back speakers. I called Element Auto Glass and Daniel came out early the next morning to repair the problem. He arrived right when he said he would and went right to work. Daniel did an excellent job and was very kind, I would highly recommend Element Auto Glass and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Element is in Gainesville. The property was sold Aug 28 2019 the records show this. I called asking about my windshield, and a lady with deep accent answers and I had to ask her 3 times what she said, I too am a foreigner. This place is closed, it forwards you to another company in Gainesville.

My husband's windshield got cracked on Friday morning. I called and spoke with Joe. He gave me a quote over the phone and then I made an appointment for Saturday morning. He gave us a 30 minute arrival window. He called when he was on his way Saturday morning to give me a more accurate arrival time frame which I greatly appreciated. He showed up and my husband showed him what happened, he went to work right away. He was very friendly and polite. He explained to my husband what he was going to do. When he was done, he explained about letting it sit for a little while to set fully. He was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Thanks Joe!

These guys are the best! On our way up to Helen, we stopped for the night in Atlanta. During the night our car was burglarized and window smashed out. Since we were headed up to North GA, we called Element Auto Glass and explained what had happened. They drove down to Atlanta after lunch that same day to get the glass for our truck and met us at our cabin to do the replacement that afternoon. The work was top-notch, and it definitely saved us, as bad weather rolled in the very next day.nnGreat company and good people!
