I have been working with Steve going on five years. His attention to the detail of my training has helped me achieve levels of strength and fitness I thought were not possible for someone my age with a online trainer. Steve is very down to earth and makes himself available for his clients anytime. I don't know how he does it but I am glad I have him in my corner. His experience is priceless and I continuously pick his brain for knowledge.
Steve is an amazing coach. I have been with him since August of 2018 and have made great progress he's knowledgeable and attentive and very understanding. I have a disability and chronic illnesses and he takes that into consideration when completing my programming to ensure I am able to train and get stronger but also recover adequately. I can definitely say that I've become a better athlete and coach over the last 2 years and I'll continue to get even better.
Best coaching you can find. He has over 30 years of lifting and coaching experience. Very in tuned with his athletes and personalizes program to fit the individual. Very detail oriented with coaching on each lift. Took my game to another level!
Best coach I've ever had by far. Definitely knows what he's doing and I'm very happy with the results.
I started training with Steve about 2 years ago after competing in one of his meets. Needless to say 2 years later and all of my lifts and the technique in which I lift has turned a complete 180. Best in the business if you ask me. Very invested in his competitors! Don’t see myself training elsewhere!
