Came here on vacation during my powerlifting meet prep, and I have to say it is one of my favourite gyms I’ve ever been to. Perfectly combines the old school gym atmosphere with top notch powerlifting equipment. The music that’s played here carries the same feel and I barely caught myself with my headphones in here. The owners are very nice, helpful and hospitable to all members. Wonderful place to come in and get some work done.
Lots of great training equipment, supportive and friendly (and really strong) community. Literally a mom ‘n’ pop business deserving all your support!

The gym owner gave me a tour of the gym here today. The gym is probably the cleanest and most functional strength place north of the perimeter. I think champions are created here. On a diferenent note, the gym owner is a very nice person and even recommended me to a competing gym in the area once I explained my goals to her. She is probably the nicest person I have ever spoken to in Atlanta. The members here have it nice! Seems like one big family!
