I went in for a marriage license and the security team was rude and unfriendly. One guard was on her cell phone and got snappy with me for not following “procedure”- when she was just barking orders at me instead of politely telling me what I was supposed to do. The license department was also rude and very short with me.
I had an appointment today in the weapons licensing division. It took about 10 extra minutes to be waited on but the process was fairly quick. There was no signage advising to wait outside until someone comes to call on you for your appointment. Though, Joe rudely waived me back outside when I went in to inquire. Joe also waited on me and, I must say, he was quite rude and curt. If you must go to this probate office, I do hope that you have the pleasure of NOT being waited on by Joe. I want to tell you how great a service I received renewing my carry permit through Jonathon Swiney. Outstanding customer service. He helped me do this on line during the virus.
Almost late for my own wedding! But the people there got me in just in time. Awesome folks!
I understand not giving legal advice in wording of particular parts of the petition. However, it would make it less stressful for the average person if they could verify the completion of clerical aspects. Everyone is quite nice though.
