My wife and I been trying to get an appointment with a judge in the superior court for the past year with no avail .nWhat does a person needs to do for the court to give us a ruling and finalize our case ? Witch by the way it's been going on for 10 years next month .
I have never been so appalled in my life! We are in the middle of a pandemic and every company and individual in America is being flexible and making adjustments. Not the Cobb County Superior Court! This is the third time I need to go get my home closing documents notarized as the way it was done does not meet their specifications. Very, very sad indeed!
I went here to file legal proceedings and the lady that assist me with the filing and the lady that assist me at the calendar department was very unprofessional. I served and there positions before for over 5 years. I knew exactly what to do and what I needed. However, because they wanted to grant me unnecessary legal advice and abuse their power, they didn’t give me my court date. I’m so disappointed and when I’m done with this process I will be reaching out to their superior. Awful experience!
