The man checking me out overcharged me by 2 dollars on a 3 dollar purchase and then when I payed him with a twenty he gave me back 2 dollars in change and insisted I only have him a five. After arguing with him he finally gave me the rest of my change in the most arrogant way possible. He didn't apologize or anything. It seemed as if he did it on purpose as a way to get back at me for calling him out about being overcharged. This kind of vindictive behavior is unacceptable and exactly what is wrong with the world.
