I’ve been here 2 months short of 2 years... I never really had any issues to call maintenance for which is almost incredible.... they don’t bother you at all much as far as leasing office goes and I love that my last apartment they harassed everyone but here it’s been mellow ...the entire 2 yrs of my stay. My apartment needs upgrade but I guess it durable...I was offered an amazing deal when I first moved in ...It’s very quiet here too ...I won’t be renewing this year bc I’m ready for a new scenery and upgrades but great place on the south side

From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. I worked with Darius Fuller who has walked me and my son through the entire process from start to finish. He's communicated all of the requirements and documentation needed to move the process along seamlessly. I really appreciation the level of communication and responsiveness he exudes! Great Job!

I've been living here for 2 years.In the beginning it was great. It was better when Jay was here she was patient & took time to return calls.The new Management company isn't good I spoke to an assistant Manager, she was very short and it seemed I was being rushed off the phone like my concerns didn't matter & it was all about her job.They don't treat the residents with respect.It seems now its all about money now and the premises are not being upkept.The grounds are filthy always with trash everywhere, especially for the times we're living in.The rental units are overpriced.nTake your time and look elsewhere.

My experience has been a great one so far. Darius was wonderful with assisting me with my service during my application process. The apartment look nice on the inside. The leasing management also made sure that the apartment was up to par prior to my move in. If there were anything that needed to be fixed they made sure it was done in a timely matter. I would recommend this site to anyone.
