Rose, at Alterations by Rose is awesome. Great service and the work is amazing. Rose has altered 2 bridesmaids dresses for me and they have fit perfectly. She is very detailed and has great suggestions.
I came into rose store on February 28,2020 so I can get my wedding dress Alternate. She was nice and professional, she ask me when I need to pick up my dress I said the next day because I work thru the weekday and I have to catch Marta train and bus. When I came back to pick up my dress rose told me that she focus on my dress and put the other customers clothing on hold so I can get my dress on time because she understand that I have to catch the bus. I appreciate her service she put her customers needs head of her own. I did not get charge for a rush fee. She patient and very nice.
I've been going to Alteration by Rose since 2006. She's very professional with a great personality, always taken on the most difficults clothing items to repair. She does an awesome job always!!!! I've never been disapointed with her service. Keep up the good work Rose my friend.
Rose was great and very professional. I called last minute and she was able to fit me in her schedule and my pants were ready in a hour. Love her work and will be coming back.
