I really want the upper management to understand this staff is amazing! I have witnessed these new people go through hell and they still smile greet you and give you great customer service. The manager Terrance has been very nice and respectful and did everything in his power to get me my wheels! Valencia is amazing as well somebody needs to know these folk are awesome
Terrance, Wendy And Brandon are amazing great personality great people skills. For this to be a new staff they are amazing. Really made me feel at home. I passed by this place for years the reviews were horrible seen the updated new reviews and it got my attention. Walked in the store and received excellent customer service Terrence was amazing.. He make you feel like you been knowing him for years a great manager. He on top of his staff thorough training as he goes along.
Love this company. The family environment is amazing. With everyone being such a family, it helps the process and stress level of a busy company so much easier! Terrance, Valencia, and Cassie are the best! I came in a customer and left as family. I got a deal not only on my tires but in a sweet pair of rims too! Get ya rims and tires from Rent a Wheel on Ga 85! Can't go wrong here!
My experience was Great. The Manager Terrance and Assistant Manager Valencia were Awesome!! They took care of my needs and fixed the problem I was having immediately. It was nothing but great vibes and the customer service was on point! All the staff was very helpful, I would recommend this location to anyone!!!
