Went here because it said online a part was located here after calling and nobody answering the phone to make sure. Get there the workers walked around not acknowledging anyone not even the phone. Literally picking up the phone and instantly placing calls on hold and walking off. After a 15min wait with only me and another person infront of me I inquired about the part. Long story short the part was listed as being located at the store but workers couldnt find it or even bothered to find another store where it might be.....won't be coming here again

My car ran out of oil, I walked to the store but I arrived early, there were 20 minutes left to open I decided to wait outside but according to the manager, he said that I could not be there, I had to leave. That it was his property that it was his property that I could be close to there until 7:30 and he was pushing me to the other side of the street. And there I was waiting with the great cold that did not even let me stop the cold outside his store. I would prefer that I speak to the police, he is just waiting for the store to open, there were 20 minutes left

They offer free services and I needed my battery checked and the employee was very helpful. Unfortunately something wasn't quite right as the reading indicated that the battery was good, but it wouldn't start when I tried to leave. Pep Boys is right next door and they tried numerous times to jump me off, but it never started up. To say the least, I was there in the parking lot until around 6:30 or 7:00pm waiting for another person to come help. Fortunately, he did get it started and told me that it was the battery. Guys at both places were super helpful and attentive, but was baffled when the car wouldn't start.

I finally got the right brakes at advance auto parts for my car. All other auto places I tried brakes was just a waste of my time. Keep up the good work advance auto parts.
