Definitely make an appointment! The service team gives priority to appointments, and you will be in and out in an hour! The waiting room is a bit dated, but the amenities will meet your needs for the time you are there. There is seating outside, so you have that option if the weather permits. The service team is friendly and ready to answer your questions! 10/10 on customer service! I would give it 5 stars, but the location (Riverdale) is not very safe. Overall, a great experience!
This was my first oil change and checkup. I could not have been more pleased. The staff was prompt, courteous and my car SUV was done in a very reasonable time. During the service I was able to view cars on the sales floor and the lady sales person was most helpful. My wife says she does not want another car at this time so I will have to wait a bit longer before I change out her KIA Optima. Thank you, Mark
My sale person, Normannwas the best and he made sure I was completely happy with what I wanted. I brought my car in March 2020 and I know I’m late with writing this post. I just want to share my experience at this dealership. I told Norman what I wanted and he made it happen and at the price. I drove off the lot with a brand new 2020 Palisade full loaded. A few days later he call just make sure everything was good and how I feel about the car. He still call just to check on me and my family. Norman is the man who will make it happen!!
