Coleman Estates, is an awesome place to live. Mr. Coleman is and awesome landlord, this is a safe and peaceful environment to live in. If you're looking for a place to call home, please come and talk to Mr. Coleman and I can assure you that you love living here.
Tim was a pleasure to have as our landlord for the year and few months we lived there! Unfortunately we had to move for personal reasons to a new state ! But if we ever move back to Georgia I would rent from him again with no hesitation! He always fixed any problem same day or very next day if it was late and wasn’t emergent! We have never had any complaints from day 1 he has been a pleasure to have to deal with! HIGHLY RECCOMEND dealing with him!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Coleman Estates and Tim & Erin Coleman. Candler County has the nicest, cleanest, well kept mobile home parks in the Southeast all because of the Coleman’s. Tim takes pride in his business and It shows. He cares for his tenants, and does everything he can to provide safe, clean and affordable homes. If you are looking for somewhere to live, I highly recommend giving Tim a call!
