This place was a joke!!! Booked our Uhaul trailer online Friday night, drove 45 min there to pick it up during hours and the guy was CLOSED!! Uhaul would not let us get it... Said we had to come back the next morning. Came all the way back to get it and the guy was still CLOSED!! Wasted another hour! Then had to drive all the way to Statesboro to get one. This has been my second Uhaul rental experience and both have been Terrible!!! If you plan on renting one, you might be better off to just buy a cargo trailer! I'll never rent another one in my life!
