Metter Ford and the Service Team there is OUTSTANDING! With a blown out tire the entire service team pulled together and got us on the road. We will definitely be back for a new truck!
My appointment for 20, 000 oil change was 1pm. I was there at approximately 1240pm. Approximately 4-5 came in after me. They left before I did. About 10 after 2 the Service Manager asked me about a recall on the back up camera. He said it would take about 20 minutes so I said sure. I finally got to leave at 3 pm.nEven Walmart vacuums their customers car as a service on an oil change. Nothing like that ( except on 1st) is ever offered here at Metter Ford.nSo time and service is why I gave them 2 stars
I usually dread vehicle shopping... However, I must say Chris did an outstanding job taking care of us. Not only was the experience amazing and his customer service top notch, but when we brought the truck back for some minor issues he made sure everything was taken care of. He and the dealership truly delivered on a promise for a safe road-worthy used vehicle and my wife and I couldn't be happier. In fact, I'll be telling all my family and friends that a short drive to Metter was 100% worth it. Thank you Chris!
