I called on short notice to see if I could be fitted in for a oil change. The Representative told me if I could get there by 4:00 they would do it..... I made it!!! Not a long wait at all..... but after leaving I realized my engine light was on which it was not on when I arrived at the dealership. So I returned to the dealership and told the Representative. He went and informed the person who did the oil change. The young man apologized and said he knew what was wrong and explained that he forgot to hook something back after changing the oil. The fact that he admitted and explained shows honesty in his work........because he could have just fixed it with out an explanation and left me with doubt about bringing my car back. He was generous and soft spoken about the issue. So “kudos” to the guy who fixed a simple mistake and left me driving from the dealership feeling AWESOME about his customer service!!!!! #ud83dudcafsatisfied!!!

I’m between south Florida/Georgia weekly, chose Cass Birch to handle the various recalls on my Silverado along with diagnosing a transmission concern. Called on Monday and was told Kara would have to call me back tomorrow, never got the call back and reached out myself. Got a hold of Kara to only be met with attitude on my request and zero customer support or guidance. I understand your transmission guy is booked “3 weeks out” but I also had concerns about my soon to expire warranty without zero assistance or feedback from the “service advisor”. My family has had great experiences at Cass Birch Jeep up the road so I was hopeful I’d be in good hands but was severely disappointed by this experience. Guess I’ll have to park my Chevy and figure something out. 1/5 on customer support.

Was interested in looking at a vehicle. We rode the parking lot and called the dealership to get a salesperson to come out and no one ever did. We could see 4 people inside. Probably won't be back.

My son brought in his/our vehicle for service and it was handled in a professional manner and timely. Asked and advised him before proceeding with the repairs needed.
