If you have a mechanical problem this is not the place to go. Takes so long to get your car back then you have to pay before you can make sure it was fixed properly. He does not stand behind his work even when he's well paid. Took my jeep in for a replacement transmission which is only a 6 hour job. It took him a week just to put it in and then when I picked it up the check engine light was on with 8 different codes but he wouldn't fix his mess up so now he'll be dealing with my lawyer. His body work is good as long as you don't have a time line. Unfortunate he couldn't just tell me he didn't know how to replace a transmission and sent me elsewhere.

They were very accommodating. Professional and courteous. Definitely would use there services again.

The customer service is AWESOME!!! We were moving someone from Quitman to NC. We had rented a U-Haul to pull with a truck. Once we had the U-Haul We discovered there was a problem in the rear tires on the truck at 2pm on Friday. We went to a tire shop and were told that the brakes, rotors, and calibers needed to be replaced; it was going to cost us better than $400 and they couldn't even look at it til Monday. That didn't work for us because we had to be on the road Saturday. We went to three other tire shops and were told the exact same thing, they couldn't even look at it until Monday. So we thought maybe they would exchange the U-Haul trailer for a truck. Went to the closest U-Haul rental (Napa in Quitman) and they told us that they couldn't help us but to try the rental place just outside of Quitman. So we go to the second U-Haul rental and find Shane's Auto Sales and Rental Cars. Thank God for these two men. They were truly heros!! They saved the day for us (The whole weekend really)!! When we told them the situation and inquired about exchanging the trailer for a truck, they asked about what was wrong with the truck we had......They immediately jumped to action and told us to come back in an hour and our truck would be ready. We were ecstatic. They fixed the truck for a very reasonable price!! They didn't try and put us off, they understood the situation and didn't hesistate to help. We made it to NC safely and on time!! Thank you gentlemen for saving the day. If I am ever back in the area and need help with my vehicle, I will definitely come see you guys!!!
