I stopped in yesterday, the next to the last day to file the homestead exemption for 2018. Based on my numerous long waits at the tag and title office next door I gave myself two hours to file this paperwork.nThe homestead exemption form was slightly confusing and I had questions on several lines. When I walked in there were 4 people in front of me and my wait was less than 2 minutes before I got to the counter.nBoth women working inside were friendly and ready to help me. They assisted me in completing the form and verified my identity. Quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
