Don’t use this place. They are a rip off. I took a necklace and a bracelet (14k white gold) into the shop to replace broken clasp on both. Not even 2 months and the clasp has tarnished, not to mention it took 3 weeks to repair when I was told a couple days. I called them and they tell me to bring it back to repair. I get there to be told oh well it’s gonna cost your more money. The original cost was $100 which we paid. Now his excuse is well I am gonna have to put a different quality and now he wants me to pay $204. Crazy. Will never get anymore of my business.nn*******Beware*****
