The pharmacy staff is totally incompetent. They made me come 12 times trying to pick up my prescription that was always out of stock. They never cared to explain that it’s out of stock and needs special ordering. They always told me to come back in a day or two and they should have it.nFinally I talked to the manger who clearly told me that my prescription can’t ever be picked up at this location because they don’t carry and don’t order my medication.

My wife and I have always been very pleased with the Publix Pharmacy. I picked up a few prescriptions last night and Kevin did a great job and offered excellent customer service.
