I recently switched to Stay Well thinking they were better than Prestige which was my last insurance company they’re not they look for any reason not to help you with your prior authorization meanwhile I will be going through seizures for the next week because they decided they didn’t want to help me in any type of way I am so done with dealing with this that’s why I switched them was I had to deal with my last insurance company and they pulled the same thing over and over and over now for it Stay Well is doing the same thing they are not helpful they don’t care if they did they would’ve helped me out instead they hurt me worse thanks Coming from a mother of six children and somebody who just lost a family member
