Donny was very nice and helpful. But he ordered more tiles than need for bathroom walls with the you buy tiles there know your square feet because they will order more than needcorrect measurements. Then I ordered more tiles for bath floor but did not pay for them in advance and when bathroom walls were done had one and a half boxes left over. But Donny would not take the unopened box back , saying it was special ordered witch it was not. So I did not get the other tiles from him. Went to home depot and saved $50.00 and found Donny once again order me a box more of tiles than needed. Also had to wait longer than was told to get the tiles from Texas. Advise if you buying tile know your the amount you need or Donny will order to many.

Donny, I would like to take this time to say thank you to you, your staff and your installation crew. Although we have had some setbacks with the flooring throughout the year, you kept your promise to make everything right, and you did. This speaks greatly of your willingness to support the homeowner's needs. Your integrity is without doubt. I wouldn't hesitate to call you again for any future flooring needs, and most certainly give you and Suncoast Flooring the highest recommendation possible. Job well done. Well done!

All of my flooring supplies are purchased here. Donny and Ed are amazing and make shopping fun. I have zero designing skills but Donny and Ed make me fell like an interior designer. Their great design ideas and knowledge have made my wife happy. Pricing for tile, wood, marble, and installation are tough to beat. Five stars for Suncoast flooring.

Ignoring a job. We picked out a tile with Don and told him what we needed. He was to call to come give an estimate. NEVER called.
