Twice the Ice

Always clean and working. Had an issue once, and called the phone number on the machine. My call was answered immediately. As I explained the issue, I realized what I had done, and the issue was my fault. The man I was speaking with was very nice, and helped me resolve the issue anyway. I was initially embarrassed once I realized it was my mistake, but the man was incredibly nice and helped me laugh it off while taking the time to quickly resolve the issue.

Too much ice if ya ask me lol...great lil machine great location...with I thought of this... Awesomeness perfect for fishing trips picnics any outdoor even with ice needed.
