Rina or Reema or whatever her name is, was extremely rude to me today, Mar. 19, 2021, approximately 4:30 pm. I’ve used this gas station for over ten years. I put 3 tokens, one at a time, into the vacuum machine outside. You “earn” tokens each time you buy a car wash.nThe vacuum didn't work. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. So I walked to the inside cash register area to ask for advice, assistance.Rina said ,”Go to other vacuum.” The Vacuum I was trying to use was not labeled “out of order.”nnI had walked over to the inside cashier desk, leaving my car at the vacuum, in case my tokens were valid and I did not someone else to use them. I have very severe asthma and a bad limp. Rina was no help and just kept waiting on what she called “paying” customers. I reminded her that I am and have been a paying customer.nI showed her I had some remaining tokens and asked her to please replace the three I had just lost in the broken machine. She replies, “I don’t got none. Use those. You got the coins.”nI asked, hardly able to breathe through asthmatic wheezing and I’m 70, by the way, “Well, where or when will you get more?”n“When Boss comes.”nI asked her,” Will you please write a sign a note, so I can get the three tokens at a later date. I’ll write the note. I see paper there. Do you have a pen? “nNo answer. I asked her name. She’s says, “I’m always here. I’ll remember you.”nI asked her name again. Hesitation. I said, “ I can just put in a complaint.”nFinally, “Rina.” (I guess) . I’ve seen other complaints above about Rema. Sounds like the same lady.nnAs I left, she called out, “Have a nice day.” She was very rude, loud, and sarcastic throughout the above-described conversation. Is she related to “the Boss”?nI wonder why she’s still there, quite honestly.

Always a great experience and the sandwiches are VERY GOOD. The little deli inside makes an amazing assortment of fresh food and exactly how you want it. The owner is amazing and extremely helpful, she knows her store and the business family owned and operated. Absolutely my kind of place.

The CHICKEN TENDERS are by far THE BEST anywhere. They also have 36oz bottles of Brisk for. 99 and bags of chips for 1.29. Fast in and out too.

Friendly employees helpful owner. One time I went to buy toothpicks and none were on the shelf so the owner GAVE ME THE BOX SHE HAD OPEN FOR THE SANDWICH SHOP. It was practically full.

go in here all the time with no issues, until one day when me and my coworker (we both go in at least once a week) were accused of stealing one little piece of candy and we were followed out of the store into the parking lot and approached at our car. we were told that another customer of caucasian descent accused me (a black woman) and my coworker (hispanic) of theft. we work right up the street and have never had any issues until all this protesting started and we were profiled for absolutely no reason. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING
