New Port Richey Courthouse

I went in there today to handle a ticket that I had from 2019 a red light ticket that I knew nothing about because it went to an old address even though my license has my correct address on it anyway the woman at the middle window was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life and she decided to send me to somebody else well I must say Amanda was very helpful very knowledgeable And very sweet and she got me everything figured out and got me on my way thanks again Amanda for great customer service.

No video cameras outside to record crimes committed against people who happen to be attending court. My ex husband viciously vandalized my car, located in the parking lot, after I went in for a child support hearing, and when I asked to get copies of parking lot surveillance or front entryway, I was told there was none. There are no security cameras. What courthouse doesn't have security cameras to protect the public?! Terrible!
