I just got off of a remote session with Lifeguard Computers. I am reeling from the amazing professional and knowledgeable help that Brady gave to me. I wanted 3 issues taken care of and he went the extra mile in all three of them...He installed Outlook email on my computer; he organized all of my documents, photos, etc. in the ICloud, which is what I wanted; he checked my computer thoroughly for any security issues and he cleaned my computer. With each step, he went the extra mile recommending the best place or product to use for what I wanted to accomplish and then educated me to make sure that I understood all steps with each feature that we were working on. And, his focus was on getting all of this done in the most inexpensive or free of charge manner. He truly went the extra mile with me the whole way making sure that I understood what we were doing and what I had to do to have these things work for me. Thank you Lifeguard Computers. I will recommend your company to everyone.
It sure is great to have this kind of support. Nice people. They're so good at making my crisis disappear and the cost is always very reasonable.
Brady and Cody are willing to help you at home or their shop. They updated my computers and lap tops to windows 10 and have the Mac running faster. They have also helped me with a router, internet, phones and in-store cameras.
I have been coming to Lifeguard for many years. They are always helpful and prompt. I have always felt like they were taking special care of my needs. I can totally count on them.
Lifeguard computer has a great team. I'm pretty tech savvy myself, but I got into a bind with one of my computers and a blue screen loop. Lifeguard was able to help me diagnose and fix the hardware issue. They were easy to work with and in the end saved me time, money, and the headaches of diagnosing it myself. Thanks Guys!
