Brian and Amos were both down to earth, friendly, quick and efficient.

3 different people called me for same job, left hand right hand are confused.also very expensive services.

Disrespectful, poor service, and poor communication. Orkin (Hector) did not solve our problem after several attempts (and actually made things a lot worse). We voiced our concerns several times and were often laughed at or told our problems were normal/acceptable. The service provided was unprofessional and inadequate given our problem. We will no longer be using Orkin (Hector) as they are not a respectable or responsible company that provides quality service. We just had a servicing by a different company today and already feel better about the quality of service and understanding of our concerns.

Not a good experience at all called to speak to a supervisor and I still have not spoken to one they came out a few times and he only made things worst. I will not refer them to anyone I am so disappointed ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c

I have both Lawn and Pest Control service with Orkin. Ceasar does my lawn and he does a great job keeping my hedges, palm trees and lawn looking great. Outstanding company.
