Extremely Happy. Christine and Tama did a great job helping through the insurance process. Once the project got underway, everything ran smooth. Molly my Project Manager was helpful every step of the way. We had water damage in the kitchen and had to replace the cabinets and counters. Sean and his crew did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend Titan!

I flew in from NY to my winter home to find it flooded from a break in my dishwasher supply line and I was, as expected, shocked at how much damage a dishwasher could do.. I'm like i gotta call a plumber, a floor guy, some guy to fix molding and walls, pray i don't get future actual mold.. i start calling friends and anyone useful really for their recommendations and ended up that my insurance agent told me to call Titan. i got connected with Christine and Tama who pretty much held my hand through the recovery process. The project manager Tom was actually available and informative throughout the whole ordeal.. and for me there's nothing more frustrating than spending a bunch of money and getting a voicemail when you have a question. Having someone actually pick up the phone when i call was invaluable. Workers were courteous, on time, clean, didnt mark up my walls, and really did a great job. The team made something complicated very simple, efficient, and for me gave peace of mind which is rare in this industry.. that and the price was great and true from the start.. i cant recommend Titan enough

Titan Restoration construction did a terrible job on my repairs. They were paid over $160,000 for repairs that were never completed. Contractor took doors, handles, outlet covers etc and never returned them to homeowner. Contractor never replaced lighting fixtures leaving holes in ceiling. House could not pass inspection for Electric or plumbing. Contractor plastered over multiple air conditioning vents so house now is not fully under air. Multiple electrical fixtures no longer work as electric was not hooked up correctly. It is been over a year and Contractor has never returned to complete the job even though paid in full. Some of his subcontractors were never paid and came after homeowner for further payment.nThis review was not written a year after you completed the job since TITAN NEVER DID COMPLETE far from it. You sent the plumbing inspector here but nobody had done any work so of course it did not pass inspection. He also took pictures and informed me that he had been to my house a year earlier and wanted to know what the heck was going on here.nI told the truth about your company. To bad you responded by blaming other companies that had nothing to do with this job but you have done that from day one. I knew this would be your response. I will not only tell everyone about your unprofessional unreliable company I will show the many pictures that were taken throughout the unfinished job. I also have read other reviews and find that I’m not the only one. Seems like you keep your attorney very busy. Please anyone looking for a good contractor skip this one for they will take you for everything you have and then claim you tried to extort them.nIn my investigating a little further I’ve found more botched jobs. This company is not looking out to help you in your time of need they are just out to rip you off.

My family had a fire in our kitchen which was devastating. I can't describe in words how difficult it was to be displaced from our home without any idea how we would get our home back, we were lost. From the moment we met with Christine she put our minds at ease explaining the process and what to expect. It was a long and difficult time but I' am thankful to have had Titan assisting us step by step. Our project manager Molly was absolutely the best :) guiding us through the repair and design process.
