It has been 5 MONTHS and I still have not received my purchase. I have now called over 15 times to check the status.nnEach time I receive a different excuse.nnIt’s not in stock, they can’t find it in the warehouse, they forgot to add it onto the truck, “ we will have to check” .. etcnnI posted a poor review and I received a call stating if I took my review down they would give me a $100 and they did. I was promised it would be here by February and it’s now March.nnThis company is incredibly disorganized and I really wish I would have read the other reviews stating they have had the same exact problem before ordering from this company.nnI do not understand how hard it is to ship a rug.nNot to mention when checking out they ask for a “tip” for their services which I feel is the most tacky thing in the world. I have them a tip and still can not get a straight answer.nnFor what it’s worth if you post a bad review they’ll give you $100 to remove it ud83dude02

I received my tiles today via UPS Freight, and it was exactly what I ordered. I was skeptical to order from this company due to some of the negative reviews as well as pricing that seemed almost too good to be true. I took a chance, though, and ordered some Bedrosian tile for my custom shower, and it shipped directly from Bedrosian in California. I ordered Monday morning, March 8, after calling the company briefly to ensure they had my specific product in stock and the pricing was accurate as it was advertised on their website. I received a confirmation email that day saying their standard lead time is 7 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, but also that Covid may cause delays. I got another confirmation email a few weeks later on March 25 saying that it had shipped. Then just over a week later the tile was delivered on a pallet in my driveway. To be able to get a custom tile order within 4 weeks right now with all the delays in shipping and building supply shortages due to increased demand, I feel lucky my tile arrived as quick as it did! I am very happy I ordered through this company and will definitely shop with them again.

Fast and efficient. They saw my vision and the execution isn’t comparable. Consider them for your flooring needs! Easy to communicate with as well as friendly. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a rug on December 27, 2020. I received a confirmation shortly thereafter indicating I would receive the rug in 5-7 days. It is now January 12, 2021, 16 days later, and I have yet to even receive confirmation that the rug has shipped. So much for their so called fast service. WHERE IS MY RUG? Customer service is HORRIBLE! I’d give “0” stars if it were possible!

Sam was extremely helpful. Product received quickly. I would do business with this company again.
