I chose Native Pest Management because they are a multi-generation local family owned business. They also provide pet-friendly interior services. Response for answering phone and providing service were prompt, courteous, and professional. Tech Ryan was wonderful to work with. He patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I am very pleased and recommend this company.

The moment Josh walked in he was very knowledgeable of our bug issues and very descriptive of the treatment process. He went above and beyond explaining treatments for each room. His personality was great! We will only be asking for him to service our home. He also wore shoe covers which I thought was great. He was on time and did the treatment in a timely manner. GREAT JOB JOSH!!! See you next visit.

UPDATED: The owner of this business has called us and resolved this computer error. It was frustrating but we understand sometimes things and problems can occur. He also offered us a free service for the issues we were facing. So glad we got this resolved and appreciate how responsive he has been.nnThis is so unfortunate. I left an amazing 5 star comment about 3 months ago when they cleared up my ant & cockroach problem. They were great, timely, and professional. When I signed up for my services I was told I could cancel my subscription at anytime. We rent our property so we don’t care about long term problems down the road we wanted short term relief which was done in 3 months. I cancelled my plan in October. I spoke with 3 different agents on 3 different occasions. I explained I cancelled and I do not need the service anymore. I was told that stopping treatment may result in problems again, I said that was okay again it’s a rented property. The miscommunication began with the technician that arrived at my home at 9am, I told them I’m sorry nobody told him but I cancelled my service over the phone. I then continued to get phone calls regarding a need to update my card on file. I cancelled the card because this business does not understand what CANCELLED means. I have since received countless of voicemails and phone calls continuously asking for a new card when I have cancelled my plan. Now I am being harassed with bills in the mail and being billed for November and December when nobody has come to my home and I have long ago since cancelled my plan. This is ridiculous and I regret starting the plan with them initially. It’s such a shame because the technicians are really awesome and knowledgeable people. I guess the account managers are the ones that need a lot of help.

We did A LOT of research in selecting a company and products for the treatment of termites in our home. Native Pest company has penultimate professionals. There cannot be a company with a more outstanding group of individuals! Cierra was friendly, upbeat, fearless, patient and thorough with her inspection. It was obvious that she both enjoyed and took pride in explaining why and how she arrived at her recommendation. She went above and beyond our expectations in order to accommodate our atypical requests during the no tent treatment we ultimately selected. Zach was extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to fully answer our tough science based questions. Darryl was neat, comprehensive, detail oriented, and friendly. It was clear that he was extremely experienced and knowledgeable and he took great care in skillfully executing his tasks and providing outstanding customer service. Having pests in one’s home can certainly be devastating and scary but Native Pest makes this otherwise daunting experience —-dare I say—-more pleasant that you could ever imagine !

Neil came first and he what is phenomenal. He Surveyed the property and figured out the problem. He then took care of our issue quickly and efficiently. Paul has come out a few times to inspect the progress that our home. Once again he was phenomenal as well. Both gentlemen were prompt, efficient and Accommodating. It is a joy to work with this company. They are so professional.
