These qualities of course are not required of a dentist but they sure do make the experience that much better. I highly recommend!

My son had been complaining about bad tooth ache. After getting the run around at another local dentist office I reached out to this office and was given an appointment for that same day. The staff were amazing. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure the child is comfortable.

Had the most horrific experience with my son at this location. Staff was very friendly but nothing can prepare you for what you can experience as a parent at the dentist. My son went in for fillings and he’s always been a brave boy when it comes to doctors and he’s also pretty tolerant to pain. They make you sign documents that basically tell you to shut up and be quiet while they work on your child because they know better, in simpler terms. ( READ DOCUMENT THOROUGHLY. I didn’t and missed the part where it said they have the right to strap them down. So me trying to be the not so annoying parent trying my best I put my trust in them to do their jobs correctly. But I don’t notice things very quickly until I analyze them later. They put him in a very cold room and ask him if he wanted a blanket. Which in my mind I thought was kind. But then later in the process I notice they only do this so they can strap their hands down like a if he’s an animal to work on his mouth. I DID NOT NOTICE THIS WAS HAPPENING UNTIL THE BLANKET FELL OFF OF HIM. They did it without me even noticing. At that point he was already screaming and crying in pain. I asked the doctor if maybe the novocaine medicine didn’t work and she said yes. But then later on I noticed that she gave him the shots and IMMEDIATELY went to drilling. I’ve had work done on my mouth before and they always give me about 10-15 minutes before they start working to give time for the novocaine to take effect. On top of that he had CO2 mask on his nose which left a mark on his face because now that I think about it, it was used to keep his head down and a bracket on his mouth to keep his mouth opened while they drilled. So imagine your head strap down, bracket forcing your mouth opened, hands tide down and pain medicine not kicking in and someone drilling at your teeth. I think about it and it makes me want to cry because I let this happen in front of me and couldn’t react quick enough. She kept telling him he wasn’t listening to her instructions but yet he answered every question she had even as he was basically being tortured. IT WAS HER WHO WASN’T LISTENING TO HIM SAYING IT HURTS A LOT. My son does not cry hysterically EVER but in this case he was. My son is also claustrophobic which they didn’t even bother to ask. She was letting him gurgle his own saliva and not doing a good job sucking up the fluids. It was the MOST HORRIBLE experience I’ve had as a parent at ANY doctors office. My son later told me calm as tears ran down his face “ IT FELT LIKE I HAD CHAINS ON MY HANDS”. Imagine your 6 year old child telling you this. This is a boy who’s had a fractured elbow and never cried about it. They talk about kids being traumatized at the dentist but no one talks about the parents also being traumatized and fooled into thinking they know best for your child......After all that she didn’t even get to finish and seemed bothered by it. So we’re forced to go back to finish. But after this next visit we’re done here. Because you can fool a child to try to keep him/her calm but the worse is when you fool a parent into it. Don’t let them do whatever they’d like with YOUR CHILD. They try to shut you up even before you enter the room. Make sure you’re on top of them asking questions and delegating the situation. Don’t let happen to you what happened to my son and I. I have lost sleep over this......

We love it here. So clean and professional. Dr. Aina and her staff are excellent to say the least.
