This is our closest home improvement store but they've always been amazing. Super helpful staff. On our last trip our four year old accidentally dropped a bottle of Odoban cleaner while trying to put the bottle in our cart (I'll carry it next time 😀) and multiple staff where there to help us and not make us feel dumb for the accident. Thanks guys!
Today was the WORST day I've ever had at the depot. I know it was after 5 pm but there were 15 to 20 employees in the store nobody knew anything about the Place. Finally found a few that actually tried to Help and Thanks to those 2. Most of the rest were just standing around and it seemed to bother them to Even ask for Help. Couldn't find everything I needed Wich was very basic stuff. Hopefully next Time is Better. To end I've been a LOYAL Customer for at Least 15 or 20 years.
Friendly employees and cashiers. Very helpful when needing assistance. Clean, well lit store and aisles. Adhering to COVID-19 guidelines. We made multiple visits over a 2 week period and always were greeted and treated very well.
The checkout young lady at the Garden Center with a blond hair was super nice and friendly
