Small but have some unique party items

The worst experience I could experience, basically the owner stole me.nThey sold me a basin helium tank and when I went to claim he told me it was the manufacturer's fault, he scam the place.nFor that same money, better variety and customer service go florist, there they find everything and cheaper, they also do not steal from you !!!!
