Great selection and great prices. I bought more then 6 pallets of natural stone pavers for my pool deck and i will buy more very soon for another project i have in my house. I purchased over $11000 dollars in travertine pavers at Milestone (I only used them because my landscaper (Axel) recommended them and his contact Ty Ksevim) that was my biggest mistake. We ordered the Philadelphia cross cut travertine pavers - we saw the product in the showroom (4 x 8) display however the product we received was not the same quality, finish or color. The pavers we got were bland and were rough in texture and filled with many many many holes! we specifically picked the Philadelphia because Abe the sales guy told us it had less holes. Ty Ksevim in Pompano location didn't make the time to speak to us and this should've been a sign of bad customer service right from the get go. Anyway we got an inferior product and after trying to have Ty see the paver in person, then calling and texting many times we got NO response. We had to lay the 2800 sq. Ft. of pavers because we had workers there and couldn't delay the project. We're stuck with a $40,000 project that doesn't live up to expectation or promise! this company needs to be accountable for horrible customer service and bad product. Please don't get burned like me.
Kathy from sales was very helpful during our visit to showroom, she took her time to explain in detail every aspect of the natural stones. After we made our decision she arranged next day delivery to Vero Beach and we received our drive way pavers in perfect condition. Top notch service, thank you Milestone
They where very helpful. We bought a sandblasted marble that looks awesome. The delivery was on time , and the order was very organized.
During this hard times our world is facing because of Covid-19, Milestone's online support team handled my request and order carefully, I have received actual photos of the crates. delivery was on time and it was the essence since I needed my backyard patio to be completed.Thank you very much Milestone, excellent service!
