Staff is generally friendly, but pharmacy (specially medicine delivery service) could do better. Mistakes are frequent and deliveries sometimes not done despite requesting such. Since Navarro was purchased by CVS though the service in the pharmacy has improved some. Long lines at the pay counter are common when buying anything in this store.

Cozy and popular for latin crowd and various and rich culture, you can almost taste the expreso coffee on the ambient; location too small so force you to leave asap after finding stuff you were looking for, making lots of loss for the business since you're bumping with customers and products.
