This is a long review. If nothing else, you might want to read last paragraph.nnEGREGIOUS customer service, UNETHICAL business practices. I've ordered from K Digo 3-4 times in the last 2-3 years, but will never ever order from them again. Two weeks ago I needed to cancel my order made less than 12 hours before. KD was not the least bit cooperative.nnI'd placed the order late one evening, but realized my mistake just seconds after submitting order. I called KD early the next morning. Left message stating I wanted to cancel the order. Gave my name, contact info etc. No reply that day. Sent email; no reply. Called, left another message the next work day; no reply.nnThis is inexcusable, especially considering the circumference and crystals in KD's Swarovski Elements bracelets are smaller than those of Swarovski bracelets I've purchased from other vendors. I guess these are really just 3 mm Swarovski Tennis bracelets versus 4 mm Swarovski Lightning bracelets I've bought elsewhere. Be nice if KD made this known up front.nnIt's back to Sparkle Plenty for me next time I want Swarovski. Merchandise comes elegantly packaged, with authentication card (if memory serves), and invitation to contact them if not satisfied. I'd rather pay more at SP and get better quality and certainly better service. And they give you choice of Swarovski Tennis bracelet or Swarovski Lightning bracelet. Fire Mountain is a good seller too, but colors limited.nnI'm letting K Digo win this round. I won't pursue a refund. They've given me no reason to believe they can be trusted to issue a refund or exchange even after I've paid $6-$7 return postage and returned bracelet unworn with tag still attached.nnUPDATE: I did give Shannen Wyman at Kazia Digo another chance to at least reply to my phone calls and emails requesting cancellation, refund or exchange. It's now three weeks since I placed the order (May 9) and made first request. No response from her as of May 30, 2019.nnUPDATE #2. Shout-out to PayPal. I reported this incident to PP, mostly because they reimburse customer shipping costs. Well, not only did they credit my account the return shipping cost, I received full refund for item I'd tried to return.

I've ordered from Kazio 3 times and twice I've been very satisfied with the products I've received and the promptness of delivery, however with the last purchase I needed a refund/exchange. I order one item and received a completely different item. I have called and emailed Kazio but am getting crickets! Good place to order from unless you need an exchange or refund, then you're completely ignored.
