Been coming here for years. The owners are very friendly, sometimes stop by just to say hi to them and their cute dog. They have always been helpful with simple jewelry fixes and replacement pieces I need, great selection to look at without feeling like they are pressuring to make a sale. Wish them many more successful years.

He was able to fix my locket in 2 minutes that every other jeweler said couldn't be fixed. No charge either, so I went back and got a watch battery replaced and an anklet repaired. Quick service again. My hero:)

Brought two watches in for a simple battery change. When I picked them up, they charged what I thought was way too much for a quick and easy battery change. After I got home, I noticed that BOTH watches had scratches on the back and they clearly damaged that part of my watch. If they aren't able to do this or don't have the tools, they should just tell me so. The least they could have done would have been to tell me about it, but they didn't even have the courtesy to do that. In fact, they even were extremely unfriendly when I picked it up, which probably was a tactic to avoid me noticing their damage.nWorse even, one of the watches has a little more complex way of setting the date, and they screwed it up so badly that it took another jewelry store 30 minutes to fix it afterwards. The other watch ran out of battery a week later, so I assume they must have put in a weak or old battery.nnThis was the worst experience I ever had in a jewelry store and I can't tell you strongly enough to stay away of this place.
