Utopia is one store I can count on always finding a gem, literally. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and respectful, store atmosphere is pleasant and the selection of sterling-silver jewelry is IMHO the best in town. Each piece has a story, most hand-crafted by local designers. Today I was assisted by wonderful Paula. She took time to show me various necklaces, but also gave me space to make my selection. I am a very happy customer and hope to be back soon.

Love this store!!! Huge inventory of local artisan jewelry, glass, wood and more. Very reasonably priced. Perfect for unique gifts. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I get a ton of compliments on items I buy there for me and for gifts. Trunk shows can offer unbeatable deals and choices. They really care about their customers...I had a ring repaired at no charge after 6 months and the owner personally reached out to me to assist with a particular gift I wanted for my son. Please continue to buy from fabulous local retailers like this...they offer the personal service we want, fair wages and prices and can’t survive if we all buy online. Absolutely LOVE this store!!!
