Let’s start by saying the products are amazing. However, the customer service is horrendous. I’ve called the store multiple times with no responses or calls back. I’ve gone to the store about three times 10-15 minutes before it’s supposed to close but there doors seems too close before time. The first time I was standing in front of the door and was ignored, when they finally leaving the two employees totally ignored me as if I didn’t exist mind you I drove there in the pouring rain. The next day I return there’s was absolutely no apologies and the young later at the register couldn’t explain nothing about the products. She then called the other employee who helped me, however, she made several slick comments. I ended up spending $130 that visit simply because I like the products but it if it was my first use I would not have purchase anything. The next time I went the door was locked even though it was 5:45pm. I purposely sat in my car to watch the ridiculousness. At 5:53pm a younger walked out of the store and I got out of my car. I asked her if the store is closed and what time the store closes she stated 6 o’clock. I made known it was not 6pm and she got in her car. Unfortunately, you never know when the store is open and I’m slightly confused why store is closed when it just recently opened after it’s been closed for approximately 3 months due to Covid-19.nnSolutions:n1. Staff needs customer service etiquette and needs to be properly trained. A business is a business.n2. If you’re going to have a store front specifically. Someone is required to answer the phone ITS A BUSINESSn3. You never close your store before time. If the store closes at 6pm that’s when you close. Not 10-15 minutes ahead. Not even 5 minutes.

I love the products, especially the feminine wash. Been using them for about 4 years now however, it takes forever for items to be restocked. I don’t know what can be done about this. It’s disappointing because every time I’m looking to purchase more, they’re never in stock for months!!

Boutique, niche with unique health and wellness products. The hours are odd so check the website before stopping in.

I would have given this business a 5 star based on the level of customer service however, I had an issue with a product that was listed at one price a day before my visit and the person that completed my order said that I never visited the store prior to that day, and swore that the price listed had been the same price for the pass two years. He then argued that If I could bring that receipt of my last purchase he would honor that price. However the receipts that are printed are very small and does not include the detail of your order.
