Very professional, the most experienced in the area , timely for appointment and good communication. I’ve put them on my calendar for the next service of my gas fireplace.
It had been way too long since I had my gas fireplace cleaned so I called Southern Utah Fireplace. They were great to send me reminders about my appointment and the service man called before heading to my house. He did a wonderful job cleaning and spiffing up my fireplace. I would tell anyone who needs work on their gas fireplace that these are the guys. I believe repairman was Shawn. He was quick, thorough and friendly. My fireplace looks beautiful and works great!
Southern Utah Fireplace is fabulous! We recently purchased a beautiful Vermont castings wood burning stove and had it installed. The team at Southern Utah Fireplace was great to work with. The process was clean, efficient and quick. Out with the old wood burning stove and in with the new. This new stove adds wonderful beauty and function. WOW!!! We've now had several fires..... this stove is fabulous! Couldn't be happier.
The guys just left from servicing my gas fireplace. It is 17 years old but it looks brand new after they cleaned everything and painted everything. There was a loose coupling which caused a gas leak. Simple fix. They are coming back to replace the old thermostat with a remote...LOVE this company!!!
