Front desk assistant is always pleasant when coming to the location for service. Whomever the staff is with short just below the ear dark hair and glasses has a lot of customer service to work on. I merely asked a question to be sure before I left for clarity, understanding that it was 6 pm and I was complete with my task and the dismissing tone was very uncalled for. I understand we all have lives and ready to go when ready but don’t forget how people will feel when they leave. Please train your employees on customer service even at the end of the day when they’re ready to go it goes a long way.

Dr.Chapnik is the best. I came in with shoulder pain and he was great. He's very personable and funny but at the same time has vase medical knowledge. He was thorough and answered any and all questions pertaining to medications being given and my condition. He's one of the few doctors that are available more than just at your appointment and its hes busy when you call he makes sure to call you back. Just a great doctor.

I’ve never written a review for a doctor before but my experience with Dr. Chapnick was amazing. He took time to explain my injury and solutions. His personality was warm and pleasant. His staff are welcoming. I promise you you would leave recovering with a good spirit.

Dr. Bernard is the best! He makes you feel so welcomed. The nurses and assistants are so nice and helpful. They greet you with no attitudes or bad vibes. I highly recommend!!!
