King County District Court

Court is never fun, but there is a very nice lady who is present when you walk in and go through the metal detector who is so sweet , she takes the edge off a stressful time.

I went in to get some traffic stuff taken care of and all the in custody people were seen first so yeah, there IS wait if you're not there for a high bond case but the judge immediately addressed me, had a packed mitigation courtroom and was really efficient with the prosecutor on the criminal cases. It's not that I like court by any means but if I have to go, I'd go here over ANYWHERE else I've been (try Los Angeles traffic court you one star reviewers and then think about your review of Redmond District court lol). Also, the security staff in the front were SUPER nice. The lady even asked me why I was there and wished me luck and told me I would be fine. The clerk at the counter was SUPER helpful.

IVE NEVER HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE HERE STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY & THE JUDGE FAIR....IM FROM WAY NORTH AND HAVE TO TRAVEL A LONG DISTANCE FOR COURT....ITS LOCATION IS FAIRLY EASY TO GET TO FROM I-405 AND SEEMS TO BE IN A SAFE CLEAN AREA

The staff here is nice....nGoing to court is usually not that fun, but if you have to go the Redmonfcourt is nicenThe staff is polite,it's always clean. There is always parking and it's next to the library. I don't want to go to court anymore, but at least this one is nuce

On this date of Dec 13th Judge Lisa Paglisotti issued a decision on my wife traffic citation for not obeying traffic control device accused of running red light that caused collision at SR 202/187th intersection in city of Redmond. Although she did not run red light but rather had waited at red light before proceeding through intersection when she got green light with 3 kids of her own and one kids friend inside her car who were all witness and provided statement to the police officer and having gone through the horrible ordeal being side impacted by A Tesla reckless driver who had attempted to accelerate to jump yellow light which had turned red on him and side T-boned my wife vehicle and if it was not because of my wife quick reaction to accelerate to get out of Tesla extremely fast moving through the intersection and luckily no fatality except my wife permanent severe arm injury plus two insults on the top of her injury, one for a citation without police signature on his report after 3 days she released from hospital and 2nd insult on the top of her severe injuries and the kids ordeal was the decision made by this presiding district court judge after having heard all witnesses that made my wife shockingly so numb to the court seat accusing the parents of having coached their kids testimony and Also Honorable Judge assumed that my wife may have thought her green light was for left turn rather than green going straight which is not the case at any intersection and she would have crashed with her opposite coming cars making left turn and the Tesla which would have had Red light at same time, so Judge make her decision based on a 3rd party driver witness whom she did not even testify that she or the Tesla driver had green light opposite her statement she had given to the officer after having filled out her report later on line as it pleased her what to say in her report and beside Judge Lisa Paglisotti completely ignored other facts of the accident and tried to mis-characterize the kids and the integrity of family of five and set an example to these growing up kids that how awful and humiliating the US justice system can be to the core of families being wrongfully accused of based on a 3rd witness party whether credible or not and or the witness may have been tampered by the Tesla driver to get him off the hook.However; we requested city of Redmond police to re investigate the accident and that the police report is incorrect with many flaws in the report and requesting an re-investigation into the actual cause of this accident that my wife did not commit this unjustified fraction but the opposite way that the Tesla driver speed up to get though yellow light which had turned red and collided with wife vehicle. it is in police report kids that had stated that Mom had waited before red light and they had green light before proceeding through intersection and kids had noticed Tesla had yellow light while they were waiting at the red light. in return the officer responded that it would cost city lots of money to re- investigate and city short of budget that city and can not even afford to pay for officers to wear body camera as required which was just another joke and humiliation that justice in the city of Redmond is not that important than the people wrongfully being accused of. in addition the prosecutor was acting like a 3rd world Islamic prosecutor whom had no human being value than to convict the accused person regardless of guilty or not with a one sided presiding judge who not only demolished integrity of her court but mis-characterized the kids and their families to the point of humiliation, agony and suffering my wife gone and going through.this judge without having any reasonable doubt based on one witness who was just looking around while she could not even see the light while she entered intersection which was the most disgusting event that can take place in the court of US judiciary system that an educated judge can based her decision on however; we believe justice always prevail with no doubts .
