I needed a part for an existing fan in my home, neither Lowes nor Home depot had the part. Dan's Fans not only had what I needed their customer service was exceptional.

Even their builders grade ceiling fans are more powerful and cost the same as big box stores. We were able to custom make 3 ceiling fans that are much more powerful than standard ceiling fans for less than $100 more per fan from the big box stores.. I was pleasantly surprised at how competitively priced they are for a much better product. The store manager went out of her way to answer all of our questions and show us how each fan or light kit would or wouldn't work for what we wanted.

I freaking love, love, love this fan. The look, the quietness, the amount of air it pushes. It is exactly what I was looking for. It seems all new fans have remotes now. I didn't want a remote cuz I have kids and they always get lost. Well, this is how I found you guys. The salesperson, Laura I dealt with was awesome. She helped me find just the right parts, made sure I was aware of the installation tricks that needed to be followed and everything. I want to switch all of my fans out now. Well worth the investment. If you are looking for a large fan, like I was, spend the extra money and get a fan from Dan's. You will not be disappointed.

I needed a wall mount remote and called to see if they had something. The woman working that day didn't know exactly what I needed so she told me I could personally text her a photo of what I needed. I did, and she sent me photos back of what she had and it matched mine perfectly. It was a 40-minute drive but completely worth it because she went above and beyond out of her way to make sure I didn't waste my time! Now that's excellent customer service.
