Tim and Judy are great to work. They are always very knowledgeable, caring and willing to take the time to help. They helped to set up my daughters insurance for her new home and her car and were very good to take the time to make sure she understood. They worked with us to make sure that we got the best coverage that fits her needs.

I have a small company and switched over Erin at Farm Bureau about 6 months ago. They quotes us for a new commercial job but ended up billing us for more than three times the quoted price. When I called our agent she handed us over to someone else in the office and now is not returning our calls. We have to figure out how to not stop coverage but also get our money back which is going to be a huge process. I would warn against going with this agent and office for your commercial insurance needs.
